A massive, ogre-like man who practices the ancient Indian martial art Rakan Niō Ken (Fist of the Arhat Deva King), also known as the embodiment of Satan. He was found guilty of murdering 700 individuals with a single application of his combat technique and was put to death 13 times for these offenses.
