Her actions are typically impulsive, lending her a childlike persona. This spontaneous behavior frequently lands her in trouble with other characters, but she swiftly feels remorse once she grasps the consequences of her whims.
Her stylish presence, marked by her height and long hair, immediately captivates both Shūichi and Yoshino upon their first encounter. She strives to be everyone's friend, though she struggles to win over Saori, who disapproves of her peculiar demeanor. Once in junior high, Chizuru swiftly joins the girls' basketball team. She shares a childhood friendship with Momoko. Additionally, Chizuru's family operates a soba restaurant.
