Nana was a ''good person'' from the beginning, she believed that killing them will save people like her parrents. But she was fooled and brainwashed and yea it still doesn't excuse what did and she knows that very well which why her current motivation is so well estabilished.
The weight of a murder is part of her character build. But if you start talking ''justice'' then please stop ignoring the elephant in the room that is Tsuruoka who is the reason she became a killer in the 1st place. Considering all that he put her through she didn't really have much of a choice. She was a kid with a PTSD, that's more than susceptible to indoctrination.
