Death Progress Bar Chapter 8 Discussion

So far, this is a very interesting alternate universe/survival/suspense/action/mystery series. The MC watches the progress in the death bars to watch for signs of impending death and uses this information to warm him that something dangerous is about to occur. Even though I'm only eight chapters in, there are plenty of two-faced characters to keep my attention and raise the suspense. I like the hard-working MC, and all of the other characters have their own depth as well. I'm looking forward to how the plot plays out.
